Written by Marcel Dorney, Fractions tells the story of the female philosopher Hypatia’s struggle for science and philosophy to survive in the face of bigotry and ignorance, forming a provocative parable of the modern day.  I sat down with director Flloyd Kennedy ahead of a first reading – and UK premiere – of the award winning Australian play at Bread & Roses Theatre on Valentines Day.
